1. Our Mission
In the course of the company's growth and the introduction of a sustainable quality assurance system, a new position as Head of Quality Assurance was to be created and filled for the location in Southern Bavaria.
For this assignment, we targeted experienced specialists with leadership experience who, on the one hand, had training in quality management (ISO standards and methodological tools) and experience in project management, and, on the other hand, had industry experience in (micro)electronics.
2. Our approach
We need to know exactly who we're looking for..A key foundation for successful work with us is a requirements profile that's as detailed as possible. Our dedicated recruiter worked on this thoroughly and in-depth together with our contact person, in this case the company's CTO.Transparency is important to us. Throughout the search process, we kept the client regularly informed about the current status and potential challenges. Nothing is set in stone. 3. The result
