1. Our Mission
At the Dresden location, the position of Operations Manager (m/f/d) became vacant due to the departure of a colleague. This was therefore a classic replacement.
Since this is a highly production-intensive location, the goal was to fill the position as quickly as possible. A longer interim solution was to be avoided if possible.
2. Our approach

In diesem Fall war die Herausforderung für uns, eine Führungskraft mit einem guten gesamtverantwortlichen Geschick zu finden, die zudem einen Hintergrund und Erfahrungen in der Lebensmittelbranche vorweisen konnte.
Good communication is key! Through intensive and close coordination with the company, we were able to create a detailed requirements profile, formulate a tailored job advertisement, and directly contact suitable candidates.
Throughout the entire process, we maintained close contact with both the company and the candidates.
3. The result
Barely three weeks after the initial discussion about the position, we were already able to suggest suitable candidate profiles. The first interview took place two days later, and the contract was signed two weeks later. Both the candidate and the company were very satisfied with the professional and smooth process and look forward to working with them.
